Umm, he might have got MS, but it wouldn't be as easy... you have to...cry to get it.

No wanking or trolling here, but I'd say he'd be S Class in terms of skill. His genjutsu skills would be crazy. Also Sasuke would be less likely to fight based off emotion, ie using strategy like vs Deidera and using less chakra.

Eh he wouldn't have any of his snake skills, but his genjutsu would've improved. Maybe his fire style also, but he might not have made so many chidori variants or became good with the sword. Sasuke probably would've been less versatile imo.
