About the castle/palace thingy that is seen in kaguyas dimensions

I'm wondering.....who lives there and will it play a part in the defeat/sealing of kaguya cause we've never seen it before and if you ask me the way the building looks seems out of place like it belongs in a fairytale or something and for it to be shown on 2 different occasions (1st was when team 7 was warped to the lava/volcanic dimension but we could only see part of it and the 2nd was when she warped team 7 to the snowy/arctic dimension which is when we get a closer look at it) there must be a reason why we're seeing it, my guess is and this may sound far-fetched but maybe it would have to be destroyed.

Yeah, even I didn't notice it when reading the chapters, but from all the talk im hearing and proof I have seen, there is a palace/castle.
