The rocks aren't living unlike the humans. Everything, inlcuding your hair, eyes, skin, organs and even your tiny penis is made from cells. The chakra points ( that are connected to the cells according to the No.1 medical ninja ) are also made from cells.

Point is blocked and regenrated in an instant becoz Yin Seal regenrates even large wounds quickly and its just a point.
