So since the Uchihas were the almighty powerful clan of konoha why didnt kabuto use this to his advantage? He couldve got obito or sasuke to lead him to the uchiha burial site & boom ! You have a clan who can solo the any fodder.

Itachi and Obito attacked at night when everyone was asleep. And let's not forget Obito had Kamui, and Itachi most likely didn't kill much people.

His chakra was limited, he explained that in the early stages of war. Because of this, if he revived the entire Uchiha clan, that would probably be all he could handle. As revered as the Uchiha clan was, they weren't that great in comparison to who Kabuto chose to revive. Kabuto revived the A-stars; it was plot that had them defeated. In reality they probably wouldn't have been taken down so easily, especially the akatsuki members.

None of the people who were revived were at the level where teen itachi would fodderize them to such an extent.

It was also pretty likely that kabuto was at his maximum number of edo tenseis when you consider he didn't use people as powerful as edo tourine, and waited till nagato was sealed in order to bring out Madara.
