Like say when he gets Kagauya's powers or something and Madara's rinnegan powers combine them with his eye (chakra only)
What I mean is drain the chakra or sum shii from their eyes so he could get it and switch his eyes along with his susanoo.

I believe it's dependent on their chakra characteristics ( ratio of physical energy/spiritual energy) which cannot be altered, and is independent of their emotions....

I'd like an invisible susanoo btw

Speaking of obito doesn't anyone find it interesting that obito whose mangekyo can do powerful space-time techs based on another dimension has been brought back to life though temporary to help battle the almighty goddess kaguya who also has a powerful space-time ability based on other dimensions.

I think it was implied that each person has uniquely colored chakra (in the manga at least), and since Susanoo is a manifestation of it, it also has unique colors. And it doesn't reflect emotions (this way it would change colors). Maybe it has to do with personality but it has never been described by Kishi.
