I would still like to see a valid argument as to why exactly air palm would be unable to kill Sakura by damaging her brain, especially when you consider how it has the same aspects as gentle fist and that yin seal wouldn't be able to regenerate the brain.

The fact that Air Palm can damage the internal body and vital spots, just like Gentle Fist does, doesn't mean any of those techniques can kill in one strike, in fact, it is canon that both Gentle Fist and Air Palm aren't that lethal.
But you chose to focus on the brain while nobody, in the whole manga, has been hurt in the brain with gentle fist or air palm, let alone incapacitate someone, and you know that...

Sorry but unless Neji is kage level, he's not beating sakura. He hasn't shown speed on par with her own, can only beat her by sealing her chakra points and doesn't have a counter to her punching the ground which sends him into the air and makes him open for a blitz.

couple that with the fact that she can use a boss sized katsuya who can spit acid and is pretty much impossible for neji to kill, and there's no hope for neji.

Gentle fist is lethal. It can kill in one strike, and we saw this with kidomaru. Every other time, Neji was never aiming to kill his opponent.

So what if gentle fist and air palm has never been used on the brain in the manga? That literally holds no weight; half the scenarios brought up in all these various vs threads have never happened in the manga (like yin seal unblocking coils). Air palm will cause brain damage when aimed at the forehead..... This is very obvious.

Moreover, the punch isn't a garunteed kill to begin with, as at least two juubi clones survived it, and nearly killed Sakura due to her being unable to see past the resulting cloud if dust, which Neji would be able to.

The juubi clones are far larger than neiji and are probably way more durable than him as well considering the first one she punches takes less damage than sasuke does from bee's V1 lariat, an attack we know is weaker than sakura's punch.

That was him and his uncle that did that, and the force of that juubi's hand in that instance was far less than sakura's punch especially when sakura's punch focuses all of its power on a very small AoE.
