64 palms is unavoidable. This has been stated in the manga, and it makes sense given the whole divination thing of the 8 trigrams. When one gentle fist strike lands, the remaining 63 are garubteed to hit. This has been proven three times.
As for yin seal opening closed coils, the way I see it: If the Yin seal is closed when Sakura gets hit by gentle fist, she may be able to release it and unblock the coils. If the yin seal is already released when she gets hit by gentle fist, then I think this would be in neji's favor, since he has shown to be able to close of sealed sources of chakra and make them inaccessible to the user

Reguradless its clear that chakra and enough chakra is needed to perform jutsu, no chakra = No Seal can be use

No this scan didn't prove anything, only showing Kidomaru regretting that he was planning around with Neji. The scan I post is clear that he was still able to move, infact the next page show hims turning his head.
Do you realize how dumb you sound. To reach your reserve you need more chakra. The seal literally contains chakra itself, if it needs chakra to activate then it will use chakra in the seal itself. That is Sakura's chakra she can reach it no mattter what. Again brining up that scan didnt prove anything, the seal cannot be used to heal other people unless Katsuyu is involved.

Air palm to the brain can one shot Sakura. It is essentially a ranged Gentle Fist as stated by the databook. And we all know gentle fist can damage organs. Furthermore, yin seal wouldn't be able to heal the damage dome to the brain, since the brain can't recreate cells, so there would he no kind of cell division for the yin seal to affect in the brain.

I am fully aware of what the seal contains. Every seal contains chakra so none of what you explain makes sense, to prove she can use her seal when Tenketsu is blocked.
He is falling out of the trees because he was already falling, lmao? I just post that explain he can still move his while some of his organs are destroyed, undisputable.

I would still like to see a valid argument as to why exactly air palm would be unable to kill Sakura by damaging her brain, especially when you consider how it has the same aspects as gentle fist and that yin seal wouldn't be able to regenerate the brain.
Maximum Over-rustle much?

Then again, Katsuyu could probably beat Sakura herself...
Every seal is made of chakra not every seal contains chakra inside. FTG seal is made of chakra, it does not contain chakra. The seal literally has nothing to do with the tenkustu, its not a part of the tenkestu, there isnt a point on the tenkustu for the seal. It exists out of the tenkestu. It is another reserve.

I'm going with Neji. He is not Hinata, this is a totally different story. He is far above Hinata.
How can Sakura hit him, he can use Kaiten. Logically, his jutsus would also be much stronger than Hinata and his speed is faster.

For the last time, he isn't dying in those panels, he simply has his organs damaged. It is only after Neji strikes him that he comments that he is unable to channel his chakra while we see in that same panel him losing his curse seal. Itisnt rocket science, ship Mate. Neji's strike was the reason kidomaru became incapable of using his seal.
With all the sound four, they die instantly (tayuya, jirobo, sakon) unlike kidomaru, who dies in a slow manner. So why do this? It was to show the effects gentle fist had on him. To say his seal stopped working when there is 0 evidence to support your claim while there being evidence that it was Neji's gentle fist strike that closed of his ability to access his chakra seal. It is literally written there in black and whitw, right after Neji hits him "I can't channel my chakra" while he loses his Curse mode v2.
