Sorry Sach old pal, but are you illiterate? There is 10 different character polls, ranging from the beginning all the way to chapter 584, and Itachi isn't at number one in any of them. I skipped a few, but the only one I even saw him top three was the best Akatsuki character, and Sasuke beat him. Even Deidara was in the top five in one, and this was way after Itachi's appearance.
