I partially agree.
I definitely agree that this chapter nor this feat was something that should've been used to demerit Sasuke.
However yes, whether you like it or not, it was a worthy feat. Seeing the move happen a few times doesn't make it much easier to avoid it because it's not the type of attack you can just time. You don't know when Kaguya is going to try to grab you into another dimension. Thus the reason Kaguya herself commented on how fast Naruto is. This is also the reason Naruto made that comment; he didn't know where she would attack next because, again, you can't time or predict exactly where she'll come from, meaning Naruto had to rely purely on his focus and instinct (aka sensing) to avoid being caught off guard again. The only thing seeing the attack did for Naruto was tell him that he needed to focus more. Sasuke probably could've avoided it too had he been more focused at the time, in which if he had, it would be a testament to his skill as well.
Honestly this is the same thing as when he dodged Madara's limbo. When Naruto is actually alert, he's hard to hit due to his ability to sense danger that he can't see. The key is, just as it is for Sasuke, that he has to be paying attention. Well that, and Sasuke has to rely more on his actual eye sight. But you get the point. Everyone should just give Naruto his due credit, and leave Sasuke alone
