Madara's lower half is just chillin there while the sages upper half is right above it. Also madara is pretty much perfect DNA of the sage, so could they use that to make an edo sage? Idk lol just saying it's a good possibility or maybe they'll just bring back madara and some stupid shit like that.

Good question, tobirama may need an exact replica of hagoromo's DNA for it to work or else kabuto would've brought back any deceased shinobi he wanted.
