Last time Kakashi looked into Itachi's eyes, he was left in hospital for a few weeks.

Kakashi is high mid jounin at best. Kakashi can't even use his only created jutsu, lightning blade, without the sharingan, or at least not effectively. Kakashi use the 1000 jutsu he copied with his Sharingan since you can only use them with the Sharingan as shown by him always revealing the sharingan when he use them. He used like 2 earth jutsus without the sharingan and his water jutsus were copied from Zabuza and Kisame.

Kakashi said base Naruto with a FRS that's about 50% complete was equal to him who had the sharingan and Kamui. Naruto only gotten stronger than that while Kakashi is getting downgraded by losing the Sharingan. He should be able to use his chakra more affectively now but he's long be surpassed by his 3 students. Base Sakura can beat Kakashi since he was using his sharingan against her and Naruto when they were weaker than they are now.
