Danzo is also the one who made Hanzo go against Nagato/Yahiko/Konan which ultimately created Pein and caused Jiraiya's death and the destruction of Konoha.

Danzo was Orochimaru's benefactor in his experiments and his arm is proof of that.

Danzo made Hiruzen not have the Uchihas help with the Fox which created further distrust between the Uchihas and the village.

Danzo attacked and took Shisui's eye which caused Shisui to kill himself in fear of his other eye would be targeted.

Danzo made Itachi kill his clan which led to Itachi teaming up with Obito and joining Akatsuki which resulted in Itachi making Sasuke turn evil

Danzo pretty much created Sasuke the way he was which killed him.
