My points are backed by feats from the manga.
Hinata is alive because her chakra points have probably been turned to normal. How do you know the medical ninja were the ones responsible for restoring her chakra pathway system?
Sakura will be in the middle of battle. While she's "supposedly healing" Neji will be blitzing her with a Kunai infused air palm.
Katsuyu can only heal and shoot acid. It is not a threat to anyone.
It tanked CT. What does that have to do with harming Neji? Show me a feat of Katsuyu attacking offensively other than spitting slow acid that can be dodged by an advanced experienced Byakugan.

naruto did it with kyuubi's chakra and then comes kyuubi's chakra this and that he still did it by flowing chakra through his chakra network.
Oh yes, and Sakura punching the ground? Like Kakashi didn't just jump out of the way, why can't Neji do the same with his Byakugan? You assume that punching the ground will cause any type of damage to neji when he can just jump out of the way. I mean, he does have the Byakugan doesn't he?

Those little black dots are zetsus, not debris.
The difference is, The kyuubi's chakra is far more powerful than sakura's. Even an extremely small amount of it's chakra was said to be terrifying by kisame himself.
Even Zabuza stated an extremely small amount of the kyuubi's chakra that slipped through during the fight with haku was more powerful than even kakashi's.
Plus, To my knowledge chakra is needed to trigger the seal in the first place. If chakra is blocked before they release the seal, Then they cannot release it at all, Thus even if it could reopen chakra points (which i doubt) it wouldn't help them.

Yes i agree Kyuubi chakra is far more potent and power that sakura's chakra but naruto used small amount of chakra and it vitalised him pretty quickly and sakura does have chakra in store for 3 years.
It's not like it completely blocks the chakra flow.if that's the case shinobi will die quite easily and hinata will be dead afrter 64 hits becoz she won't have chakra flowing.

Tsunade never bothered to summon katsuyu against madara, which was the most important battle according to them. Only reason katsuyu was summoned in this war was to heal all the shinobi. In part 1 tsunade only summoned katsuyu to battle another summon. I apologize if I am wrong but katsuyu has only been used as a healer not battle type unless other summons were involved.
We have seen Neji has shown capable of striking and reacting at only slightly less than subsonic speeds. [

Neji wins with or without katsuyu. She is a non factor.

Neji's reaction feats, combat speed and foot speed are years above sakura's.
Rotation might also be able to blow away katsuyu, seeing as how two rotations blew away something that is many times larger than katsuyu herself
