It's only instant when it hits you. The time you're inside it in the real world lasts for seconds, which is enough time for the Bijuu to break the Jinchuuriki's Chakra flow. So yes, Jinchuuriki counters Tsukuyomi.​

No. Manga NEVER said that Tsukuyomi lasts for only 1 second. It said it lasts for few seconds, which is enough time for Bijuu to break its host's Chakra flow. No, I already posted a scan of Bee saying that Genjutsu does not work on perfect Jinchuuriki. What Naruto said is irrelevant for several reasons.

1). He is inexperienced and was not perfect Jinchuuriki at time.
2). He lacks knowledge.

No Jinchuuriki besides Juubi Jins, has a Sharingan or the Uchiha Blood. So they can't counter Tsukuyomi once they've been hit.

He broke a Genjutsu from Sasuke, that wasn't Tsukuyomi. Even if it had been Tsukuyomi, it was no where near the level of Itachi's Tsukuyomi...so that's a null counter.

He is using the Partner Kai Method, which Itachi said already doesn't work unless you are an UCHIHA with SHARINGAN. I suggest you get off the computer and go retake whatever reading and comprehension class you had, cause you obviously have terrible reading comprehension.

. Naruto was hit by finger genjutsu but Kurama never freed him from it. That's why I said he had no experience and didn't know he could be freed by his Jin.

Genjutsu effects the Chakra flow. What a Bijuu does is disturb the flow of Chakra to wake up the Jinchuuriki. Therefore, Genjutsu is useless against Jinchuuriki whether it's normal or Tsukuyomi. Source - Killer Bee's statement. I suggest you go back to school or get a private teacher to school 2nd grade English. Do you get this extremely simple, basic information? Probably not.​

Tsukuyomi can't be broken unless you have a Sharingan and Uchiha Blood, stated by Itachi. Meaning normal methods don't work. Partner Kai is a normal method. Partner Kai is what B is using. Thus it doesn't work.
