--he has the speed and sensing that will enable him to act prior to the long range warp
--he has the knowledge of kamui as of now and can disrupt obitos kamui based moveset through the use of KB seeing how obito still would have to manifest physically in-order to attack naruto
--outside of kamui his katons are non factor,, and he hasnt shown the mokutons on a level to suppress narutos kyuubi power
--naruto can also use frog song, and also attack obito through his KB whilst the jutsu is executed
--susanoo is not counted for obito in this case

No. He doesn't not have near Hiraishin level speeds. Not a chance. No one in this manga moves at near instantaneous speeds. If Obito uses it, and he gets caught in the warp zone, then its over for him since even Gedo Mazo couldn't escape without losing an arm despite Madara using Summoning to call it, and summoning is instantaneous. Combine that with the fact that Obito can use his 2x speed Kamui to warp around the battlefield to get Naruto in a position where he can't evade before the warp barrier is on him.

Uchiha Kaenjin can be used to box Naruto in, allowing Obito to use the left eye to warp him away.

And he'll be able to use it much more and more efficiently than Kakashi can due to his massive chakra reserves, and the fact that he is an Uchiha.

--naruto can also use frog song, and also attack obito through his KB whilst the jutsu is executed

If he summons the Elder Toads, all he needs to do is use Kamui to teleport behind them, and then either kill them via Mokuton or warp them away via his left eye. Even if it lands, Obito has 10 minutes of Izanagi, so that's 10 more minutes with both eyes. (Izanagi doesn't blind the eye until afterwards) 10 more minutes Naruto has to try and not get warped by Obito, who can move around the battlefield at Double Kamui speeds, with his left eye, which is already fast enough to warp away the Mazo's arm mid teleportation.

I'll admit though, I'm still on the fence about this. I do know he doesn't go any lower than number 4.

i never said its instantaneous,, however it is close to FTG seeing how kakashi himself admitted his BM not even BSM speed to be comparable

GM was a sitting duck for kamui,, not only that but kakashi used kamui after it was completely summoned,, no way did his kamui speed compare to the instant summoning,

it would be false to assume that obito can stay intangible whilst attacking, since no where in the manga has this been stated, not only that but obito cant attack naruto whilst his whole body is in another dimension,, the same logic could be applied how people cant attack obito due to him sending his body in thhe kamui verse
on top of that, like i said, naruto would sense the chakra built up for the long ranged kamui and act prior to the warp,
