hmm well, everyone says its shanks, and thats the only person i can think of, unless we should be asking who the kid is instead. than id say maybe its luffys little brother, and makino is just raising the child/(or maybe makino got it on with dragon, lol) but just because shes holding the baby doesnt mean shes the mother...far fetched idea, i know. i just wanted to throw something else out there that isnt the obvious answer, shanks.

It is her child. Oda said so in an interview and also said the father is someone we already know. I'm guessing Beckman. That guy looks like a total clunge-magnet.

I believe it was in the SBS where Oda said it was her child but he never specified who the father was. I don't think it's Shanks' child too though, no idea who the father is. I just feel like Shanks hooking up with the young bar lady is strange by Kyros was with Rebecca's mom at a young age so I could be wrong.

I feel like it's gonna be Higuma, who made a turn around and after Shanks' beat down, became protectors of the bar and became close to Makino.
