Haku goes from the ground to the air in a split second, in case you haven't noticed... haku is flying. Haku would be able to keep entering his mirrors, and stay in the sky, flying. Haku teleported into the sky, and he can fly by transferring from mirror to mirror

incase you haven't noticed, haku can f*ckin fly

He can also teleport to wherever he wants in the world, using his mirrors and travel through dimensions like kaguya

Haku can teleport like Kaguya, which has shown to give sasuke problems. Haku still wins

Haku would appear to be able to fly, as long as it is between two of his ice mirrors, likely the path can't be differentiated much either (meaning it would likely have to be a mostly straight shoot to the ice mirror). She also moves extremely fast while doing it. Normal people probably wouldn't even see it happening. Sasuke has the sharingan, and Lee and Gai have to have their eyes trained to keep up with the rest of their body so they could see Haku move. Also people can probably see Haku moving normally if the distance between the two mirrors is large enough, whether or not they have the time to react to the attack is another question.
