[Question] What am I doing wrong with Youtube links?

Hi there guys.

I want you to help me out on something.
Like 90% of the time when I post YT links I put them in this
(YOUTUBE)-link-(/YOUTUBE)

And replace the ( and ) with [ and ]

And almost every single time it doesn't work and I get a bunch of crap instead of the video.
So, what are supposed to be the exact things in the link if this was the link?


I'll try it again and it will most likely fail again.
