^^ it's very simple when someone is doing some thing with a handicap and he is doing it almost as perfect as every one else who doesn't have any handicap, then that is considered Avery great training if that handicap is temporary .

Naruto was doing all his jutsu which requires great chakra control all his life with the kuybi as a handicap to his chakra control then he got red of that handicap and now his chakra control should be levels above any one like Sakura

I wouldn't say all his life but he has done a lot of training or at least more than most who aren't medical shinobi. I think the first training he had was the whole walking up trees thing but that's standard for a shinobi

But not the same way as naruto,look at it like the weights lee have on his legs and hands ,when ever he is using his chakra he is training

you are correct but unlike every one else sakura doesn't have that great amount of chakra she has enough but little, what i mean is that her chakra is not much and she does have a good enough amount and that would be very easy to control. Sakura doesn't have to put effort in her chakra control cause its easy why cause she doesn't have much chakra/a lot of chakra. its obvious Naruto chakra control is above every one else except the hasharima and madara etc, cause it is implied that they have large chakra reserves and all that, but i am sure if Sakura had kurama she couldn't control sheet lets see her chakra control then. And sakura doesn't have more chakra or she is hardly close to tsunade chakra level cause tsunade is a senju and they have a fair amount of chakra. But she does have more than shizune. I really am not sure.

Think he mean that because Kurama made Naruto's chakra control harder for him, as Kakashi stated in part one, and that Naruto manage to accomplish the same things as other ninjas despite having more trouble, it was like Naruto had weights on his chakra control that made Naruto work extra hard in the chakra control training.

Kakashi said it was due to the huge stamina that Naruto has which stems down to Kurama inside of him. So pretty much, large stamina = harder chakra control. Naruto issue was that he would use too much stamina to accomplish the same thing that Sakura and Sasuke would do but he learned how to use the exact amount of chakra needed when he learned to walk on water. That was just an example tho/

I think it's more that, Sakura was always better in chakra control so she never had to focus on that aspect of her training. She did have to learn more when she was learning medical jutsus and her super strength but Naruto main focus was chakra control. In part 1, Naruto learned the Rasengan which Kakashi called "extremely advance shape manipulation" which is chakra control and Naruto learned many stronger rasengans which would be levels above the basic rasengan. Nature transformation is another chakra control which Naruto took on and combined it with his shape manipulation.

Well Tsunade only said she put some chakra in her mark over time, never said she continuously do it all day everyday. Also it's a seal, seal seals things so placing a seal there and pouring a certain amount of chakra there a day could be how it works. Shizune said the Yin seal was extremely precise chakra control, Kakashi called a base Rasengan extremely advance shape manipulation. Naruto also have nature transformation which was said to be hard training and Naruto had to use 200 clones in trying to combine the two chakra control types. Naruto has high chakra control in all types while Sakura only shown precise chakra control which she uses in her strength and yin seal.
