Who do you think is the most badass anime character?
Me, personally, I can't pick.

A legendary vampire.... Most will probably say that he's the most badass person in anime to date, he is almost badass incarnate.
Don't even compare him to Madara, Aizen, Itachi, Mikasa, Levi or Eren, this guy outclasses them in the badass section by a ton.
Pardon the large images, those were the only good ones I could find.
As maggioso said, rather than killing someone Alucard entertains himself by getting killed over and over and over and then destroying his enemies.

Ryner....... on the surface he is but a lazy person that screams delinquent, he is not badass in the least.
That is of course..... when he's normal.
When this guy awakens he turns into a killer.
He pretty much loses most of his emotion and destroys and kills almost anything in this path, he can kill people by just looking at them. Actually he doesn't even have to look at them, he can just kill anyone and destroy anything.
