With Sakura volunteering her Hyakugou as a battery for Obito, it could be disastrous for her. Her chakra reserves are minimal at best and her seal obviously doesn't last forever. This could drain her of chakra completely and thus, kill her.

Even if it's not her death, that seal will be used up completely and she will not be of any use in this fight. If she takes any damage, no mitotic regeneration to fall back on.
