Obito death doesn't count, he was the one to declare the war as the opposing side and now you're telling me that someone who became good after getting tnj is going to die when he was fighting against Naruto from the start??

No one from the good side in the shinobi alliance who have vow to protect and stop the Akastaki from the beginning of the war dies except fodder characters like Neji, Shikaku, Inoichi, and Ao which most people aren't pleased with it. Someone like Gai needs to die who had perfect opportunity but Kishi trolled us in making NaruJesus prevent his death.

However, Sasuke death may count though.
