Different sensors have different specialties depending on their village. Sage users who utilize the natural energy around them can also detect the presence of people through their chakra. After Naruto gained control of the Kyubi, he was able to sense other presences by detecting negative emotions.

Naruto is both a saga and has the Kyubi power, not to mention he has all 9 Bijuu and half of Hagoromo's power dwelled within him. Sasuke has none of that, so it would only make sense for Naruto to detect and have better reflexes than Sasuke, considering that Sasuke isn't a sage nor does he have any chakra that helps him detect negative energy (Kaguya).

More chances at trying to use sad feats to make Naruto seem better is meager and insignificant. That would be like trying to explain that Sasuke has better Genjutsu than Naruto.

Naruto also has another shadow clone that is scouting and probably sensing the area. The clone was even aware of Sasuke's absence and immediately knew where the real Naruto was.

Madara had the same sensor abilities and reflexes due to the Rikudo Senjutsu, but that's almost useless if your opponent is just too fast like Gai or even Sasukes sudden attack in chapter 670. Sasukes jutsu works differently than a simple teleportation-as we could see when Sasuke could manipulate Madaras and the location of his own sword. I don't know how that jutsu really works actually, but it's strong enough to work on Madara who had the same power as Naruto though.

Obvious Mangaphax are obvious. BTW i could care less about that fodder in unknown dimension. His powers are useless, he can't do anything now, none of his jutsu ever actually worked against Obito, Madara and Now kaguya while naruto is holding his own against Kaguya. He could have dodged when Kaguya caught him. His EMS was supposed to give him superfast reflexes, where is that hype now?
He cant even use Kage bushin which comes pretty handy in situations like this, if he had used it then atleast his clone would have helped seal kaguya. Lol So much fail from this character. Honestly the Yin seal in his hand is what making him stay in the main PLOT.
