With the most recent chapter I think it's safe to say that Kishimoto has a thing for giving villains a chance at redemption. I feel like the whole purpose of Kaguya coming back was almost a setup for a way for Madara to come back and see the errors of his way so he could play a part in ending the madness that he created. I guess the point of this thread is just to get a general idea about how some of you other Naruto readers feel about this?

I'm not saying it's going to happen, but it doesn't seem all that far fetched at this point for him to possible make a reappearance. The way things are going, it's almost seems as though Kishi is creating a setup to where three of the four main Uchiha's in this series, the ones who lost their ways in the manga, will get there chance to see the error of their ways, and create a path for redemption, and a path for Sasuke to revive his clan in a better way by the end of the series so the same events that have transpired will never happen again.

What are your thoughts on the topic? Is it something you dig, or dislike?

Zabuza and Haku: Not really bad at all
Gaara: Turns good
Sasuke: Turns good
Itachi: Turns out he was always a good guy
Nagato: Turns good
Orochimaru: Turns...Uh, neutral?
Kabuto: Turns good
Obito: Turns good

Seriously...

I'm just saying, a lot of people were upset when Madara was throwing to the wind by Kaguya a few weeks back, and the way things are going it seems that it had a purpose. I was just curious to see how others felt about this possible scenario, and if they still would've rather of seen madara be the final villian and not get a chance at redemption.

I wouldn't say that just yet. Given his desire to kill the tailed beast.

Have to agree instead of try and make myself look smart and you look dumb as others here do. Redemption is the whole point of what's going on first orbito next Madara and finally sasuke. I can't wait to see all the strongest characters ever in naruto all battling it out till the end for nothing short of their world will be epic.

I wasn't trying to point out the obvious about naruto, I was just trying to get a general opion from other people. I know this manga is widely based on redemption. I've been following it for about 6 years, I just haven't been apart of the base for as long as a lot of these people. It was an open base question for opinions, not arguments, not to make someone look dumb or smart, just to get other peoples thoughts on the idea of madara being able to redeem himself.
