Teleporting is only good if you can predict where your enemy will (or won't) be, and if your opponent doesn't out maneuver or sense you close by.

I don't think you understand what he meant, teleporting is fast, but if someone can sense you and dodge your attacks, like naruto did this chapter then yea...

Le sigh.

teleporting takes knowing where you are going to go, the travel is instant. This is clear, but it still takes a few moments to decide where to go, then be there. You are limited to what you know of the terrain, thus you prolly shouldn't try to teleport behind things unless you know there is nothing there. Google teleporting into solid objects.

So no I'm not, how you say, "retarded", I simply gave the idea of teleporting a little more thought.

Edit: Minato uses throwing knives, in this way he doesn't lead on to where he is teleporting to next, and appears to the knife he wants, and avoids the issues mentioned before, because the knives end up some where already... 2nd uses pre determined spots to port to using his marks he makes, this also allows him to be where he wants and act much faster.
