Trafalgar Law, is a son of a Tenryuubito slave of Donquixote Family.
There were twin brothers in the Donquixote Family, Doflamingo and Corazon. The twin brothers' mother is a Tenryuubito slave, their father impregnated their mother while raping her.
Doflamingo and Corazon had different reactions to it upon reaching their teenage years.
Doflamingo, though hating his bloodline, embraced the Tenryuubito and took advantage of it.
While Corazon, left Marijoies and saved Trafalgar Law from them.
After their mother died, Doflamingo killed his father and sought to seek out Corazon for abandoning their mother.
Trafalgar Law grew up with Corazon, never knowing that Corazon was a Tenryuubito, but knowing that Corazon saved him from being a slave.
And then Doflamingo came and tricked Law into disguising himself as Corazon, Doflamingo used Law (hence the grenade in the spoiler) as a hostage to lure Corazon out.
To further support Law knowing the slave treatment and acting on it was he freed Jean bart

With this Doflamingo killed Corazon, preferably, something like stabbing his heart. [ Heart Pirates

Law tried reviving Corazon but he cant do anything about it, reason why he decided to became a surgeon, and ultimately, seeking the Ope-Ope No Mi.
Doflamingo then took Law under his wing, all this time, Law was planning how to take down the Donquixote bastard.
So there are 2 things that Law hates in this world, Doflamingo and Tenryuubito, while not knowing Doflamingo and Corazon are Tenryuubito bastards.
It's the reason why Law decided to help Luffy, because Luffy had the balls to fight the World Government.
