I liked Obito back when he was good, solely due to the moral beliefs he followed in. I still like his character after he was revealed to be the one behind the mask as I enjoyed watching/reading his role as an antagonist. This is one of my favourite panels of the manga:

It perfectly describes Obito's life and how much shit he has gone through. His endurance is what makes his character likable.

These scans shows how much Sasuke's character has evolved throughout the Uchiha crisis. I enjoyed seeing his character progression over time and I've never really thought that he would turn out this way. This was the moment when I really felt interested into his complex character and wanted to know more about it.

Naruto
I always liked Naruto's character even though he acts too naive sometimes, but I never thought there would be a time when he would literally be badass... Until I saw this:

The way Naruto came back after his village was destroyed by Pain with that maroon cape and giant scroll attached to it... simply epic. Not to mention, them frogs too. It's still one of my favourite appearances/entrances to this day. You can straight away tell it was Naruto's moment to shine and boy... he did.
