What causes them to leave? It's never too late to work on changing if that is what you want.

Knowing you have a personality disorder is the first step to addressing it. If you can socialize on NB, you can socialize outside as well. Friends won't just come to you, you have to work for it a bit.

Not working for friendship but wanting friends is contradictory. You gotta make some sacrifices in order to get some rewards.

That kind of sounds sad. You should find something that you blossom at and then people will be attracted to you.

i think accepting i have no friends and learning to cope with that is easier than trying so hard to make friends and failing

sometimes we feel most like ourselves when we are alone, thats what i feel anyway
