Most of the time they were right, but there are times when they failed like in Tora Dora case.

Kotomine Kirei vs Emiya Kiritsugu from Fate/Zero
Saber vs Lancer from Fate/Zero
Berserker vs Archer from Fate/Zero
Heck... every single fight from Fate/Zero. Kotomine vs Emiya is still my fave though.

People compare this series to AoT because it has that vibe to it, but it really isn't. The publishing different between Black Bullet and AoT are really just a 2 year difference and AoT wasn't even popular back then.

They're not only comparing this to AOT, they take a lot of things into consideration like Story,Pacing,Plot,Character,Animation and Music, while here you're talking about "publishing" which is have nothing to do with how good a series should be.
