No, as it's much better in appearance and usage then Naruto's only fighting technique. Think about it though; when has Naruto fought with anything than baseman and shadow clones? The tailed beast bomb isn't even his technique technically.

maybe you miss the chapter of him training to use it, so how is it no his? if he trained to use it then i said it's his, he didn't just magically happen to know it like sasuke and his amaterasu.
