Katsuyu can do everything they can

-She can heal fodders (only real job of sakura/tsunade)
-She can comment about the enemies (sakura's current job)
-She is immune to physical attacks

Katsuyu can also do things they cant do

-She can kill orochimaru by spewing acid, tsunade/sakura's punch cant kill him
-She can survive being split in two or several dozens of pieces, tsunade/sakura become helpless if cut in two
-She has telepathy ability with other pieces of Katsuyu, tsunade/sakura dont have it

She has never had direct contact damage other than manda squeezing her in which she grimaced before splitting into several pieces, she has survived almighty push but it's indirect. She would be easily damaged as all things are by internal damage via gentle fist or any hyuuga style jutsu.

U do spam sakura threads and my comment did contain katsuya but u were the one who saw only katsuyu. XD
Katsuyu wasn't being able to heal anyone without tsunade.Once tsunades was well off kage's got healed quickly.
