No, Naruto simply has to access Kyuubi chakra to summon Bunta. If he wanted to summon him, he could have. And he was fighting that whole time without killing intent, of course he was holding back. Common knowledge.

The Uchiha powers came from the Juubi, and so did the bijuus. So, the Uchiha Powers (Yin) equivalent inside Naruto is Kurama (Yin). You said that your theory came from Hagoromo, well, I say that Hagoromo's powers also came from the Juubi (he inherited the powers of the holy fruit thanks to his mother...). So, if you leave the Juubi out of the equation, your theory loses all its basis, because it is the source of all the powers.

If you fail to understand that simple fact, then you will never understand the reason of why these two are equals (Naruto and Sasuke).
