This is still clearly a war arc, and yea you're telling me a fan who script in the wiki?? Wiki is always unofficial except only bringing facts when things occurred in the episodes, manga chapters etc. Only stuff that completed the objective breaks up an arc to you like the Juubi arc, or Madara return arc, but overall this is still the War saga and most people would agree with that.

Sasuke was never a villain to begin with, Kishi made it clear that he's pure, meaning he's anti antagonist He wants to become a hokage simiply by restoring the Uchiha clan and being acknowlede by the village similar to the Hashirama and Madara backstory, However Sasuke Ideal is almost like Danzo , but noone trust sasuke because of the crime he commited so in the end of the series he's going to fight Naruto for the title of the Hokage but that doesn't make him a villain.

We're talking about a real villain who's pure evil like Black Zetsu and Kaguya, and maybe Madara even though he might TNJ he'll die as a villain unlike Obito.
