Either can stomp. Naruto could just stand there. They have no way to even physically damage him with that cloak on, and the only means they have, Nagato's soul rip, is useless cause he's too fast to see, let alone catch. He blitzes and punches their faces in, or just throws a few BDRS for the lulz.

Sasuke can just blitz and decapitate each with his sword and they before they even know what the hell is going on and they can do shit about it. The only problem either would have is Obito's phasing, and they can easily pressure him until the 5 minutes are up, and he dies the instant he becomes solid.
