Some people say that Guy Sensei is disable to use ninjutsu or genjutsu some say that he is handicap but what I think is that he doesn't require any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu at all, his taijutsu is on a level that he can manipulate it just like deadliest ninjutsus and I will explain how...
Wind style Ninjutsu:
Wind style ninjutsus are one of the most effective and powerful jutsus as per manga e.g. rasenshuriken
Guy sensei manipulate wind like no other.... e.g.
Hirudora: A highly compressed air punch that can overwhelm even susano [Can be counted as a wind style ninjutsu because of its shape and damage like kisame thought it was an energy bomb i.e. a ninjutsu)
Evening elephant: A series of powerful punches based on wind, may be compare with Almighty Push even greater, a ninjutsu
Space Time Ninjutsu: Techniques that allow the users to manipulate the space–time continuum.
Night Guy: This jutsu is distorting space and using wind again to destroy most formidable ninja so6p madara, distorting space is just like space time ninjutsus
Fire Style: Fire style technique again is a powerful ninjutsu techniques, most formidable clans like Sarutobi and Uchihas are gifted with this chakra type
Asakujaku: A technique that produce friction in air and cause flames due to friction, as per stats that technique is enough to overwhelm six tails!!. This technique can be compared to Sasuke's fire release phoenix sage fire technique or Madara's Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique
