We haven't seen him use any yet. We'll just have to wait and see. Also he only has one and it's kind of merged with the sharingan. It just might have its own powers. If he actually can use all known rinnegan powers he would have already used some by now imo.

Sasuke has an advanced Rinnegan , a far stronger than the normal one due to the tomoes . So I don't see why he shouldn't be able to use Rinnegan techniques . He hasn't been using them because every technique is worthless against Kaguya .

Not all Rinnegan techniques. He can benefit the general abilities of Rinnegan, such as:

• Mastery of all elements.
• Potential to master every Jutsu.
• Rikudou no Jutsu.

He cannot, however access to it's full power due to lacking the other Rinnegan. Furthermore, Masashi Kishimoto will give Sasuke his own unique techniques.​
