No. C4 is a bomb, and its not Senjutsu. So the Jin shouldn't be hurt by it. Then again I could be wrong, maybe only the Jin's body is protected, doesn't say anything about the cells of the Jin's body....but I doubt it.

Deidaras bombs only require chakra to detonate....basically the‘ ninjutsu ’ part is probably complete when the bombs are successfully activated....

Most of the explosive impacts are fundametally pressure waves and therefore should harm the juubi..

I suppose c4 would work better than c0 as the juubi might be more vulnerable to internal damage
