Any big summons get tosuka'd or controlled by Itachi via genjutsu. 8 branches, Manda, Manda II, etc.

It's an even worse situation for Kabuto... he can't use Hakugeki, Sound Genjutsu and can hardly use Muki Tensei with Orochimaru, or he gets affected too. Might as well just kill him.
