(Including Sealing Jutsu) Then, if she is able to counter all of them, then how are they going to use a seal that Hagoromo gave them? (The Yin and Yang seal given to them by Hagoromo himself, most likely what Hamura and Hagoromo used in the past.) Well, I think the answer is that knowing the seal doesn't mean you can counter it. Let me explain how I think the seal works. Seal & How it Works We saw Naruto and Sasuke trying to do something that looked alike what they did with Madara, but they didn't use Chidori and Rasengan this time around. The reason I think they didn't is because they aimed to seal Kaguya right away, by using the Yin/Yang marks on their hands. I think that the seal only requires one thing, that Naruto and Sasuke touch the target on opposites sides of each other. (If Naruto touches Kaguya's forehead, then Sasuke has to touch the back of her head.) This explains their formation when they tried to touch her. But what do I mean with Seal of Will? Well we know that will is a major topic in Naruto. Every character is driven by the will to obtain something, or to change something. Kaguya is no different and one of the main villains has been revealed to be Black Zetsu, a physical form of Kaguya's will. A will stronger than Obito and Madara's, however so is Naruto and Sasuke's. I think that the seal cannot be avoided, even if you know how it works. By this I mean that if you are hit, you have to beat the users in their own game or else you will be sealed. A game of will, and who has the strongest will of them. I believe that once the seal is activated on Kaguya, a mental battle (alike the one we saw when Obito was defeated) will break out between Kaguya, Naruto & Sasuke. This is the perfect opportunity to show Kaguya's goal, or will, but it is also the perfect timing to show what Sasuke wishes and what he hopes to obtain in the future.

This is very interesting. I've been wondering what Sasuke's seal could do. If Naruto's seal can heal people and regenerate body parts, then, what does Sasuke seal do ?

If this were true then that would mean that Hagoromo would have confronted Kaguya when he battled the Juubi and we know that Hagoromo didn't even know that the Juubi was his mother. I think that the yin and yang seal is a seal that basically performs a reverse Banbutsu Sozo.

The Juubi has no mind of its own, when Hagoromo and Hamura fought it there most likely where no mental battle. (Thus he never confronted Kaguya.)

Well, he said that it was moving according to Kaguya's will and we know that she was within the Juubi becuz she was inside the shinjuu and BZ said that Hagoromo and Hamura sealed her (not just the juubi)

However, that doesn't mean her mind was a part of it. The Juubi may have just been her deformed body combined with the will to take back all the chakra.

That is one possibility, which may be why Black Zetsu is still around. (Also, it may be why she talks so little.)

Well, at least some part of her mind is still there. She is able to cry and speak intelligently when she first appeared. I am not against the idea that her mind was in a degraded state during her time as the Juubi, but that would mean that Kaguya can only keep her current form mental state for so long and might eventually regress back into the Juubi.

That makes a lot of sense seeing that Kishimoto said that the Juubi will be the subject, not Kaguya.

How can Kaguya absorb taijutsu or sealing jutsu or genjutsu? How can anyone?

Why would they? That would just be another Black Zetsu on the loose.
