Itachi's striking speed would be the same as without the Sharinnegan, so he would end up the same way as Minato when he tried to attack Madara, Minato with BSM wouldn't add anything, he would just be nuked along with Itachi.

Even with the abilities you gave them, it is still unfair. the only way this could be remotely fair, is if you gave them most, if not all, of Naruto and Sasuke's powers (might as well change it to Naruto and Sasuke).
