1: No, as I already stated, that is not his entire chin, it falls behind the Boa. Otherwise his chin would be pointier than Chinjao's head.

2 and 3: Look at kid Kuma, he was round as shit and he has the biggest chin in the series now. Those gimmick kid shichibukai pictures can't be used as any evidence for facial features.

I rather believe that the silhouette is Doflamingo because he wears the same clothes, has the same smile and wears the same glasses. Besides he looks like the Doflamingo that Oda shown us when he was young. Rather than Doflamingo has an almost identical brother who also wears the same clothes.

Hearing what Law said, Corazon was a different kind of guy. So I doubt he would be as flamboyant as his brother with the pink boa and all.
