Explaining truth-seeking orbs omnyoudon

One such is that truth seeking orbs can't disintegrate people with senjutsu or Hagoromo's power.

There was no fireball, but rather, an expansion, and Obito was not knocked away, meaning this was disintegration. So basically, this already disproves both. The orbs can be a solid, in which it's safe to interact with them, but if the users wants to use them to disintegrate, they can with exceptions such as frog kumite as mentioned multiple times.

I'm sorry, but I don't know what to say to you other than you're wrong since the manga has never implied they're the same, and gave an entirely different explanation for the orbs. It's a nature transformation, and it works against even those with natural energy.

and both of them can be used independently

Agreed. The juubi jin APPLIES the onmyouden to the black balls through his body. It's the only logical explanation given the hiruzen/minato incidents.

While Gudodama is Inyouton in a shape of spheres.

Gudodama is where rikudou Sennin mode people use there Inyouton

Gudodama's didn't erase Edo tensei (Hiruzen)

Yet it completely erased minato's arm and seal

Omnyoudon and the TSB are made from the same elements,however the former can erase ninjutsu and is weak to senjutsu while the latter isn't.

They are different yet share many similarities as well.

The truth seeking orbs aren't onmyoudon. This should be obvious to everyone (thought people miss things). Onmyoudon can however be infused into the truth seeking orbs. Onmyoudon can also be infused into ones body, making ninjutsu have no effect on their body.

lol Inyōton is a seishitsuhenka. Gudōdama consists of four different basic elements(kihon seishitsu) and base also on Inyōton, the Yin-Yang-Release. Obito could enhance his jutsu with Inyōton after he obtained the whole control of Jūbis power.
Thats' the reason why Hiruzen could regenerate after Obito hit him.


Edit:

Obito hit Minato Namikaze clearly with Gudōdama and couldn't regenerate because Obitos jutsu base on Inyōton which can neutralize usual ninjutsu.

However The Juubi Jins can apply omnyoudon to the balls , the manga clearly showed that when Mindless Juubito wasn't able to erase Edo Tensei from Tobirama and Hiruzen but later Juubito in control was able to do that . Omyoudon erases immediately on contact with no restoration whatsoever
