Tobirama is alive and orochimaru is current ( before he got caught in the infinite tsyukomi)
Location: 4 tails vs oro ( the area is already destroyed)
Restrictions: edo tensei for both and orochimaru is unable to do his body getting jutsu ( the one which he tried on sasuke)
Distance: 30 meter
Intel: both knows the abilities of each other
Tobirama can mark his kunais but hasn't prepared it, he has 10 kunais which he can mark during the battle.
orochimaru can use his rebirth jutsu 5 times after every rebirth he gets weaker ( drains chakra and stamina )
Even tough tobirama just showed a few suiton jutsus i will give him water dragon,water vortex and the feat to create water sources like kisame ( not as much as kisame but tobirama shows that he has enormous chakra ), cause im sure he can use jutsus on that level and to make the fight more interesting.
who would win? they both want to kill each other.
