Is feitan the strongest of chrollo considering hisoka's not really a spider

I think he meant after and it's hard to say as none of the phantom troupe has really shown much of their skills yet. He seems to possess one of if not the most dangerous attacks of them but there's no way to know if other members have attacks that are equally as dangerous.

If you exclude Hisoka i guess Feitan would be the 2nd strongest (at least that's what is implied). Phinks should be the 3rd strongest member.
