Danzo is actually one of the few cases where a character actually has a great chance of winning w/o it being MS Kakashi or a 'top 10' worth character.

If he gets caught by Kamui he can simply use Izanagi to come back, analyse the jutsu and develop a counter. He's got plenty of Izanagi to do that.

What Izanagi does is remove the boundaries between reality and illusion by turning certain events into illusions. By wasting one Sharingan he can do whatever he wants with his body.

Actually, Danzo beats MS Sasuke if KA is unrestricted, and MS Obito indeed beats MS Sasuke.
