Toshiro watches the entities join together to form a human. "So, that's where you've been hiding this whole time? I should have known." Toshiro spoke, as he moved his head around to witness the massive crater caused by the man's destructive force. The man looked exhausted, by the panting voice he released and his tired expression. "I am guessing this jutsu takes a toll on the user..." He spoke, up until the hand was engulfed with green chakra. "I see, is that perhaps, Medical Ninjutsu? I suppose I'll have to take this more seriously." Toshiro would proceed to release an omnidirectional burst of fire chakra that creates a heatwave around me, covering everything from short range. Seconds later, the enemy would be re-energized. It was easily noticeable from the movements he's made, movements that were a lot stronger than what it was when he was at a weakened state. (Basically, the movement of you throwing the scroll up lol)

Description: Sending out chakra from their body, the user will perform nature transformation to change the nature of their chakra into the properties of fire, and manipulate it to mix in with the air to create a heatwave around them. The heatwave will resemble the shape of an orb and cover everything short range from the creator. This technique is used in multiple ways. Firstly, because the air is heated from the user's chakra, any fire techniques created by the user and shot out by the user, or anyone that has compatible chakra with the users like summonings will be strengthened by infusing the heatwave's heat into the fire technique. When the heatwave fuses with the fire chakra from a fire technique, it would greatly increase in temperature, and thus, become more powerful (next rank). Secondly, any wind technique coming from the user to outside of the orb and from the opponent coming inside of the orb will be weakened, due to the heat gradually weakening the wind technique as it travels within the orb and when the wind clashes with the fire chakra, it would lose power and momentum, because fire is superior to wind. Lastly, with a single handseal, you can manipulate the heat from the heatwave with shape manipulation to a more intangible form of the heatwave that can be released from all directions, counting as an A-rank and reaching up to mid range. Once the heatwave expands out, and once making contact with the target, it would cause 3rd degree, painful burns throughout the body or body parts touched by the heatwave.

Waving a few handseals, Toshiro would knead a large amount of fire chakra in his mouth, while inhaling. He would exhale Six large fireballs consecutively. It would be launched at an arc upwards, with enough heat to melt the metal-based weapons raining down on him, or that would actually hit him. "Because my mind has yet to be completely consumed by the evils of Keigoku..." (only because i have no training yet >.>) Toshiro said, as he watched the great fire balls rain down on the enemy, while waiting for Galen's response.

Description: Kneading his chakra and then converting it to fire, the user will do the Horse → Tiger → Snake → Ram hand seals as he inhales, exhaling into the sky a multitude of great fireballs (up to 8) at the same time which then rain down on the target from above causing severe, widespread damage around the field. These fireballs have explosive and concussive abilities, similar to other fire techniques.
