My reasons on why Kaguya is a great character.

I think it was enough with Obito and Madara. They have said "He/she is even stronger!" so many times now so it just starts to sound like Kishimoto do not know how he is supposed to end the manga.

But hey, it is just my opinion.

The chapter showed that she was frail instead of all powerful and had conflicted feelings about her sons. How is that isn't character building?

Yeah, that's some major character building for the final villain in this Manga.

I don't judge people's physical appearances like that because looks are a superficial concept. However, I did forget to mention that she is epic at orchestaing events down through centuries.

I like that moment when Sasuke & Naruto was about to seal Kaguya and then she was like "freeze you noobs".

OT: I find Kaguya to be a likable character. Though, I'm not too sure if I can call her "great" as in well-written, just yet.

Both are epic, but she is nothing like Madara! Madara was battle loving and quicker to give an epic evil speech or evil line. Kaguya is more chill and less talkative. She is also more emotional and is not as battle loving. She just wants to finish her battles quickly and get her business done.

Otherwise, explain the need for an army to do battle (as stated by Black Zetsu) if everyone on Earth is under infinite tsukuyomi. 2nd, hand signs just waste time if you don't need to use them. This just means that her attacks can be more efficient. Finally, I gave many great reasons to like her. I even forgot to mention that she is great with orchestrating things from behind the scenes for centuries. That is the mark of a great strategist.
