I don't think intangible susanoo can harm Kaguya, but it's a convenient power nevertheless. It's ridiculous how OP Obito is, even without rinnegan or Juubi he is still relevant to the manga and will kick ass within a few chapters

If I make any sense, I think it takes two different techniques to unlock Susano'o. Obito has Kamui in both eyes and he said Susano'o itself is rare.
