[Naruto Game] Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: DLC Costumes Question

As I said in a thread earlier, I just recently got UNS3 for the PS3. I've been looking into some of the DLC costumes that I personally like, and found out that a certain set could have only been received through a code in Shonen Jump, or a code from Neon Alley. Does anyone know if there's any way to get these now?

The "North America/Europe Costume Pack" is the DLC pack I'm referring to (The one with Samurai Naruto, Kimono Sasuke, School uniform Sakura, swimsuit Tsunade, and ANBU Itachi)

This DLC pack isn't on the Playstation store.

why didnt u wait for storm revolution ?

There's still a long wait for Revolution, and Storm 3's really cheap now. I intend on getting Revolution and Storm 2 at some point, also.

Woah I didnt know they had Tsunade swimsuit... I assumed I downloaded all the swimsuit costumes and they just didn't make one for Tsunade :0 Please tell me it's a two-piece suit.
