The reason I did not address Sasuke's power is for you to tell us. So, I will ask you the following question:
1. What did Sasuke get from Kabuto?
2. How did Sasuke get his new eye? Was it on his own? Could it be the consequence of what Kabuto did to him, if such thing other than healing him even happened?
3. Do you know Naruto has awaken Ashura's power, which he has not scratch it?
In any case, you should see that Sasuke has already been using extensively his new eye, and if any other power can come from that eye, it is to be seen. On the other hand, Naruto who created a new eye for Kakashi demonstrated actually a god level ability. The most funny thing is that those who say I am biased do not even bring the issue of Naruto using Mokuton, knowing that he has the same power that Hashirama has. My point is that we have these analogy between Naruto and Sasuke for those who like it:
Sasuke is Indra just as Madara was. Sasuke has shown almost every power Madara showed as Indra
Naruto is Ashura just as Hashirama was. Naruto has not shown yet a single power from Ashura, or Hashirama
These two give us a clearly logical fact that Naruto still has a lot to show. And we know that if Naruto were to show Mokuton, he would be more than unbeatable. I could continue with the analogy to show you that Naruto has not even started to fight yet. This is why I can claim that Sasuke is weaker than Naruto. In fact, don't you see that whatever you expect from Sasuke is actually contradictory to the point of the manga and those who think I am biased?
Itachi place Kabuto under Izanagi because he was stealing power from others. Yet, now everyone hope Sasuke has all the power Kabuto stole. Isn't it ironical?
Hagoromo thought that Madara's Rinnegan was a problem. Yet, you guys think Sasuke has actually an eye that is even stronger than Rinnegan. As far as I am concern, I think there is a problem in the logic, and I still think Sasuke's eye is just a Sharingan with specific upgrade.
I can't tell you what Kabuto gave to Sasuke, it was never stated clearly. Some could say that based on what Kabuto said, he probably gave him Hashirama's dna, but I simply cannot use it because I'm not certain. If he indeed transplant him Hashirma dna then he may have had awakened rinnegan on his own since Hashirama was the previosu transmigrant but it's nto certain. Otherwise he got it directly from Hagoromo but so did Naruto with his own power. We don't if Ashura's form would have manifested hadn't it been for Hagoromo to trigger it, we can only make assumptions.
Also, saying that Naruto hasn't used at all Ashura's mistake is an obvious mistake because it was thanks to that power that he could fly, thanks to that he overpower Madara even in his prior form, cut the Shinjuu in half, and saved Gai and Obito. Now you may counter by saying that you meant his chakra cloak but let me counter- argue by saying that neither we saw the ability of Sasuke' hand. We saw tht he can use sage chakra but is that all that exists? If Naruto can give lifeforce, wouldn't be safe to say that Sasuke can take it away? As for Mokuton, I simply won't talk about it because I believe that it's not Ashura's technique but rather uzumaki's. I have written a theory about that but this is not the time to analyze it. The reason I'm saying this is because we've never seen Ashura using it and had he been, I'm usre Kishi would have pointed it out. However, as I said, this is only a theory.
I'll agree that Naruto has a lot to show yet but I'll stick to my opinion that so does Sasuke. Besides, you mentioned that he used his new extensively but as far I'm concerned his only new techniques are the PF, sage chakra and teleportation. Sage chakra derives from his hand so as for the other two, are they really that much? And also, as I said, I still wait to see his hand's real ability. Then I will be able to judge. I never would support something as irrational as Sasuke getting all Kabuto's power.
Hagoromo thought that Madara's rinnegan was a problem because he was able to transcend to a superior beign compared to his other transmigrants, and got dangerous infomrtation such as tools you need to revive Juubi and cast IT. That's a preeety good reason if you ask me. Also, Sasuke's eye is identical to Juubi's. Since Juubi is the progenitor is the being, supposedly with the strongest dojutsu, wouldn't it make sense for Sasuke, who has the same eye as it, to also has the strongest dojutsu as well? Besides, the fact that he only awoke it to one of his one eyes is not just something to be passed by. It means that it's as good as a pair of rinnegan. After all, who tells us, and that's a mere a hypothesis, that by the passage of time, he won't awake it to his other eye as well?
